Who actually takes the time to create nicknames for all our fellow employees,(Plus there are nicknames that don't make any sense or relate to that person) There are a few originals that are OK i.e. Geoffrey - Geo. That has always been his nickname ever since he started alpine. Whoever posted this blog and took the time to make it obviously has way too much time on their hands. So how about instead of creating nicknames on your own take the original nicknames that people already have. If someone doesn't have one already then just leave their name off the list or ask them if it would be okay to crate a nickname for them. This way we won't have people upset (And I don't know if people are or aren't) The Alpine Blog is for people to post whatever they like, not to bash on one another. Some people can find it offensive so lets respect one another and be a team."


I can see that at least one person has taken offense to there Nickname and i would sincerely like to apologize to that person......Thing of it is this is most definitely not the "Alpine Blog" in which was spoken of in the quoted text. Also i will ask the owner of the "Alpine Blog" To remove my Piece of literature that was so offensive to this person.

Also i ask you, is this not offensive "Whoever posted this blog and took the time to make it obviously has way too much time on their hands." Even if i do have to much time on my hands is it really any of there concern? Ha ha i do have way to much time on my hands! But i really don't care! So thanks "Employee" for your comments keep them coming and continue to visit TheGrayShirt.Blogspot.com!

Two Brothers were lost this week.

Its a sad day when we lose some of our fellow coworkers and friends, but both moved on to other employment opportunities. We want to wish them the best in there new employments and hope to stay good friends with both of them.

Also in the news.....Nick Strong got a ticket.....

Our very own gray shirt Nick Strong was suckered into a ticket today by a north ogden city cop!!!! it was said that he was doing speeds of 15 in excess of the posted limit. Poor strangle don't give him a hard time about it.....I mean it has been blogged about, isn't that enough?

Why are our fellow co-workers gettin married?

With most of the employee's at our current employment being bachelors, and a few that are tying the knot, I thought that i would find out why they are getting married. Here were their responses to the random moment text. "Why are you getting married?"

Geoffrey A.- Getting married on May 17th responded. "I am getting married because I love Megan so much, and i know she is right for me"

Nate P.- Getting married on May 3rd responded "The lord told me to, and the benefits of an eternal shmorgousborg of love."

Joseph K.- Getting married June 19th "I love Tiffany"


I know all responses were well thought out at this time of great importance in these three young men's lives.

First and foremost this anonymous Blog was at a former location......The name seemed to be a problem with a company name and hence the change. Gay i know!!!!! But the gray shirt will live on. if you have a request comment it and we'll see what we can do.
